There are many "parts" to the auction and it can be overwhelming at first. Information on each part is detailed below.
Each section contributes an important part toward the total fundraising goal!
Whether it's $50, $5,000 or $25,000, we are looking for donations of any kind ahead of the Auction to help sponsor the event.

Our Fundraising goal is not a number, but rather the idea of "ALL HANDS ON DECK", getting every parishioner and parent involved!
Whether it's a week vacation at your rental home or a gift card to a fast food joint, we are grateful for it all!
We need donations of all kinds from as many people and companies as possible.

This party is often the Spring before the Auction and acts as a kickoff event to the auction and a fun way to get the students involved and the parents together!

With COVID-19, this event is TBD but there is sure to be a fun weekend in store for both students and parents!
Just like it sounds, you have the possibility to win $5,000 or a year's tuition! Only 300 tickets sold! You may purchase 1 for $100 or get a group together and purchase 6 for $500!
Students send letters to their grandparents with a request for donations. Grandparent support is an important part of our overall fundraising success at the auction.
Individuals or companies can purchase ads for the auction book and online. They are an inexpensive way to include photos of your kids or their teams, thank a teacher or coach, or promote your business to the parish community.
The Silent Auction makes up a huge part of our total fundraising! Bid often and bid high! It's not about getting the deal but rather making a difference!
The Live Auction is a fun important part of the night where we raise our paddles to win amazing items and make a difference for Immacolata!
Many hands makes light work! There are jobs for every different level of involvement whether it's giving one hour or an hour a day! If you're up for helping, please let us know!
Beyond the $5,000 raffle, we have a few other amazing raffles including a Louis Vuitton purse, beautiful jewelry and more!
Join your Parish & School for a wonderful night celebrating Faith and Education! You can have a table large or small or we can group you with others for a lovely evening!
Each grade works to create a masterpiece or two that is auctioned off to the highest bidder (or parent that loves their kid the most). These great pieces would make an amazing take home memory of the event!
Each grade puts together a themed basket for all to bid on at the auction! Parents and students in each class contribute gift cards, money or items to the themed basket.
We hope you or a group of people decide to host a party for either kids, adults or families! People sign up to attend your party and, voila, money made for the school and parish!
